Widen Consultancy is a premium education and migration consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. When they approached EG Solutions, their existing website was underperforming – content was duplicated across multiple pages, imagery was inconsistent, hosting was slow and unreliable, and no SEO work had been done. As a full-service digital agency, we took complete ownership of the project and delivered a professional, high-performing website built to support the business’s growth.
We rebuilt the website from the ground up with a clean, modern design that accurately reflects the premium positioning of the brand. Duplicate content was resolved, page structure was overhauled, and relevant, high-quality imagery was integrated throughout – creating a cohesive and credible online presence that instils confidence in prospective students and migrants.
Widen Consultancy offers free RPL assessments across a range of courses. The previous site had no structured way to manage or display these. We developed a custom course section within the WordPress admin, giving the team full control to add, update, and manage course listings independently — without requiring developer involvement.
We migrated the website from slow, overseas shared hosting to a Sydney-based Virtual Private Server. The improvement in load times was immediate and significant — delivering a faster, more secure, and more reliable experience for Australian visitors, while also benefiting local SEO performance.
The existing site was flagged as “Not Secure” in Chrome due to the absence of an SSL certificate – a credibility risk for any professional services business. We installed and configured SSL, ensuring the site displays as secure across all browsers and devices.
