Custom WordPress build for a boutique Sydney agency, with live iDashboard CRM listing sync, faceted property search and custom team profiles.
Eden Property Care and Sales is a boutique Sydney agency operating across five offices – CBD, Croydon, Pyrmont, Waitara and Waterloo – offering building management, property management and sales. They came to EG Solutions with a completed design and a problem their previous website couldn’t solve: every property listing had to be entered twice, and enquiries were arriving through embedded Google Forms with no record kept.
We built the site as a custom WordPress theme and connected it directly to their iDashboard CRM, so listings now publish to their own website at the same moment they go to realestate.com.au and Domain.
Eden had commissioned a distinctive brand and a full set of page designs from their marketing specialist, along with professional photography of their own team. What they needed was a development partner who could build it properly rather than force it into a template – and who could solve the listings problem underneath it.
Their previous site ran six pages of stock imagery, embedded Google Forms, and no connection to the CRM their team worked in every day.
We built nine unique templates as a bespoke WordPress theme with no page-builder dependency for structured content, generating more than twenty-five live pages. The supplied design covered desktop only, so EG Solutions designed and developed every tablet and mobile breakpoint.
Clean, hand-written markup means the site loads fast and stays fast as the listing database grows – something template-based real estate sites struggle with once a few hundred properties are indexed.
The centrepiece of the build. Eden manage every listing in iDashboard, the real estate CRM from iProperty, which distributes to more than eighty Australian portals using the REAXML format.
We registered Eden’s website as an iDashboard data partner and built a custom import layer that receives and processes that feed automatically. No commercial plugin, no licence fees, nothing to renew.

We developed a faceted search from scratch rather than bolting on a filter plugin:
Search performance comes down to data structure. Suburb, property type, and status are indexed as taxonomies, with price and bedroom counts as indexed numeric fields – so filters stay fast no matter how large the portfolio grows.
Eden’s eleven staff needed more than a photo grid. We built a dedicated team custom post type delivering a full profile page for each member – portrait, biography, direct contact details, and the properties they’re handling – related automatically through the CRM feed rather than maintained by hand.
Office location pages run from a single template across all five offices, each with its own address, contact details and local content.
Four forms replaced the embedded Google Forms: general enquiry, book an appraisal, register for an inspection, and property alerts. Every submission is emailed to the nominated inbox and stored on the website itself – searchable, filterable and exportable – so no enquiry is ever lost to an email delivery problem.
Eden Property now runs a website that reflects the brand they invested in, with listings that keep themselves up to date. Their team’s workflow didn’t change at all – the site simply joined the list of places their listings already go.
The build was delivered in two weeks from receipt of design files and content.
