A custom WordPress website for a specialist strata and property recruitment firm. It includes a JobAdder integration that publishes live job listings, candidate profiles that are shown only after the candidate gives consent, and a full employer registration and management portal.
Property Recruitment Partners (PRP) is a founder-led recruitment agency that places strata and property management professionals across Sydney and regional NSW. Its roles range from Assistant Strata Managers to Senior Strata Managers and Project Managers. PRP competes on sector knowledge and long-term fit rather than volume, so the website had to look as specialised as the service.
The brief needed more than a brochure site. PRP wanted the website to work as a recruitment platform: jobs flowing in from their recruitment software, candidates presented to employers in a way that respects privacy, and employers able to register and manage their hiring online. EG Solutions designed and built the whole platform on WordPress, with custom development connecting it to JobAdder.
We designed a fully custom WordPress website for a premium, discreet recruitment brand. The design makes PRP’s sector expertise, track record and partner-led approach clear from the first screen. There are separate paths for candidates looking for their next strata role and for employers looking to hire. Every page is mobile-first, fast-loading and built around clear calls to action, so visitors either apply for a role or start a conversation.
PRP manages its recruitment pipeline in JobAdder. Rather than have the team post every job twice, we built a custom integration that pulls job listings from JobAdder directly onto the website. When a role is published, updated or closed in JobAdder, the website reflects it automatically. Candidates always see current opportunities, the team saves hours of manual admin, and each listing has its own indexable page that can rank in Google for searches like “strata manager jobs Sydney”.
Confidentiality matters in recruitment, especially in a sector as close-knit as strata management. We integrated PRP’s JobAdder candidates with the website under one strict rule: a candidate’s profile appears on the site only after that candidate has confirmed they’re happy to be shown. Until they confirm, nothing is published. This lets PRP present strong talent to employers proactively while keeping the confidential process that candidates and clients trust them for.
We built a custom employer area where hiring businesses can register, log in and manage their relationship with PRP online. Registered employers can view candidate profiles that candidates have agreed to share, and can manage their hiring activity from one place. For PRP, every employer registration is a qualified lead captured on the site, and the portal gives clients a modern experience that sets the agency apart from generalist recruiters.
